I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Roanoke, Salem, Botetourt County, and surrounding areas. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgage, loan, title insurance, building code, and inspection services. I am also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools.
Personal
I am a Roanoke native having been born and raised in the local area. As a wife, Mom and a grandmother I love family activities. My husband and I have raised 2 daughters in the Salem school system. Both have graduated from College and are now married. I love the Roanoke Valley so much that it rubbed off on my kids and we are now fortunate to all live near each other here in in this great community. Through the years I have sold houses to my children's friend's middle aged parents,and elderly grandparents. Now I'm selling houses to their young friends (I'm showing my age) as singles or newly married couples. I love working with all ages and incomes but a great love of mine is to work with first time home buyers which includes teaching an in depth explanation of the whole buying process. I want young people to understand the what, why and how of their transaction so that it can be truly wonderful experience. Let's not forget listings. 23 years of selling Real Estate to Buyers as well as Sellers has allowed me millions of dollars in sales.
